<br /> 2.4 A political Gubdi~is1on is entitlQ~ to become a party to <br />this Agreement ana appoint a member to the T\dministrative <br />Committee when such political subdivision (a) adopts a resolution <br />or other formal action adopting the qoale of this Agreement, and <br />(b) deposits the sum or commits to depos i t the sUm of not less <br />than $5,000 into the account created oy this Agreement, such <br />funds to be used to carry out the goals of this Agreement. <br /> 2.5 The Administrative Committee is hereby given the <br />responsibility for makinq all deci'iions and takinq all "otions <br />necessary to accomplish the parties' oojectives. <br /> 2.6 The ~dministrative Committee shall have the authority to <br />hire personnel necessary to further the parties' objectives. <br /> 2.7 'I'he Administrative Conunittee shall hold i+:'s initial <br />meeting within one month after th13 Aqreement is signeà by two or <br />mora parties and a majority of members present at the initial <br />meetinq shall determine when and how often future meetinq$ will <br />be held. <br /> '2.8 The members of the ~dministrativa Committee shall select <br />a presiding officer dutlng their initial meeting. <br /> 2.9 Each member of the Administrative Committee, or <br />alternative as provided h~rein, is entitled to one vote, and the <br />agreement of a majority of members of the Administrative <br />Commit-tee p~esent at any meeting shall constitutG A9proval of a <br />decision. <br /> - 4 - <br />
