Financial Responsibilities <br /> 3.1 Each party shall maka its payment to the administrative <br />8gency created herein from current revenues available to it to be <br />used at the òirect1on of the Administrativ8 Commi~tee toward the <br />accomplishment o~ the objectives stated by this Agreement. <br /> 3.2 While it is envisioned that certain expenses will be <br />incurred by the parties to this Agreement in oarryin9' out the <br />goals of th1s Agreement, all expenses so incurred shall be borne <br />by the respective parties. <br /> 3.3 The Adrniniitrat1ve Committee sh411 establish a separate <br />bank account and maintain saparate accountinq r.PJcords of each <br />receipt and exDenditure of funds under this Agreement. <br /> 3.4 The Admini3trative Committee is authorized to accept <br />conl:.ributions from any perlion ot' group, public, private or <br />corDorate, so long as such funds can legally be contributad, and <br />provided that there La no .11mi t.ation on the use or. .Juch funds <br />excapt for the furtherance of the <;Joals provided in this <br />Agreement.. <br /> 3.5 'rhe Administrative Committee is instructed to maka those <br />e~oenditures which are reasonable and ngcessary i~ order ~o carry <br />out. the c;Oé\lS of ~his ;r:¡qreement, incl\.1dinq hiring one or more <br />oersona or groups to assist the Administrative Committee in its <br />efforts. <br /> - 5 - <br />
