Consider and establish priorities for implementing the changes. <br /> . Develop an overall plan and method of implementation that reflects the <br /> priorities. <br /> . Assign the responsibility for carrying out each change to a specific <br /> individual. <br /> . Establish time-frames for implementation of each change. <br /> .
