What are the diameters of <br /> the affected line(s)? What are the material types of the affected line(s)? <br /> New construction will include the installation of a 16" PYC water main. <br /> What is thOe design population capacity for the existing faciltiy? <br /> Well capacity is 15.408 MGD. <br /> What is the water source for the system? <br /> The Edwards Aquifer is the water SOurce for the system. <br /> What is the average daily and peak time demands for the jurisdiction? <br /> The daily average demand would be 5.9 MGD. CTEC's daily peak demand will be <br /> 8.95 MGD. The maximum demand per hour will be 16.11 MGD based on an assumed ratio <br /> of maximum-hour to peak-day of 1.80 MGD. <br /> Are any of the capacity/pressure improvemen'ts (such as looping or gate valves) primarily <br /> for fire protection? Are hydrants included? <br /> There will be a pump station with fire pumps constructed. Fire hydrants will be <br /> incl uded. <br /> Is any acquisition of real property (including easements and rights-of-way) needed? <br /> Yes. The City is prepared to survey the property and secure the appropriate <br /> easements upon a TCDP a ward. <br /> Are there any special assessments, including service connection costs and fees involved? <br /> Yes. <br />
