<br /> FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE <br /> Contact: Dick Dalton <br /> (619) 691-2610 <br /> SAN MARCOS, Tex. -- Composite Technology Engine Components <br /> (CTEC) has named Ignacio -Nash" Garcia plant manager for its new <br /> facility currently under construction here. <br /> He will be responsible for manufacturing and overall facility <br /> operations. <br /> Garcia, 45, joins CTEC from GEAC's Albuquerque, N.H. <br /> facilty, where he was manager, turbine shrouds and seals <br /> subsection. <br /> CTEC is a joint venture of Rohr Industries Inc. of Chu1a <br /> Vista, Calif. and GE Aircraft Engines, a strategic business unit <br /> of General Electric Company, and will manufacture composite <br /> (light-weight, non-metallic fiber) jet engine components. <br /> ftNash was our first choice from among several strong <br /> candidates,W said Dr. James W.
