<br /> such other employee benefit laws as will fulfill the <br /> requirements of the jurisdiction in which the work is to be <br /> performed. Such insurance will be amended to provide <br /> coverage for multiple jurisdictions and other such indicated <br /> coverages as may be applicable. <br /> B. Such insurance as will protect Lessee from claims from <br /> damages because of bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, <br /> disease or death with minimum limits of liability of not less <br /> than $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> C. Such insurance as will protect Lessee from claims for <br /> damages for injury to or destruction of tangible property of <br /> others, including loss of use thereof. Such coverage shall <br /> include Broad Form Property Damage and removal of XCU <br /> exclusions. The minimum limits of liability shall be <br /> $500,000.00 per occurrence and $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> D. Such insurance as will protect Lessee from claims for <br /> damages arising out of the maintenance, operation, or use of <br /> any owned, non-owned or hired vehic les. Minimum limits of <br /> liability for bodily injury and property damage combined <br /> shall be not less than $500,000.00 each occurrence. <br /> E. An Excess Liability Policy with minimum limits of <br /> $3,000,000.00 The Excess Liability Policy must follow form <br /> with the primary coverage. <br /> F. All of the insurance required hereinabove shall be <br /> amended to afford coverage for: <br /> Products Liability and Completed Operations Coverage <br /> specifically covering the entire repair and fueling <br /> operation. Blanket Broad Form Contractual Liability <br /> specifically covering the indemnification assumed by <br /> Lessee under this Agreement. <br /> G. Such insurance as is required in this Paragraph 10 shall <br /> be written so that the City will be notified in writing, in <br /> the event of cancellation, restrictive amendment or <br /> non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to such action. <br /> Certificates of Insurance shall be filed with said City prior <br /> -6- <br />
