<br /> 89 <br /> RESOLUTION 1989-65R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> TO THAT CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES WITH THE GOODMAN CORPORATION RELATING <br /> TO THE SAN MARCOS TRANSPORTATION AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT, AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos and The Goodman Corporation <br />desire to amend their contract for professional consulting <br />services in connection with the San Marcos Transportation and <br />Development Program which was approved by the City Council of <br />the City of San Marcos on the 22nd day of May, 1989: now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN t-1ARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART I. That Amendment No. 1, attached hereto, to that contract <br />with The Goodman Corporation, which was approved by the City <br />Council of the City of San Marcos on the 22nd day of May, 1989, <br />is approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be and he is <br />hereby authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf of said <br />City. <br />PART 3.
