<br /> 115 <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement is made this ~ day of August, 1989 by and <br /> between the city of San Marcos (City) and the San Marcos <br /> Independent School District (District). This Agreement concerns <br /> the paving by the City of a parking lot owned by the District <br /> adjacent to San Marcos High School. <br /> 1. The District agrees to pay the sum of seven thousand <br /> eight hundred and forty-four dollars and thirty cents ($7,844.30) <br /> to the City for the paving of the unpaved parking lot adjacent to <br /> San Marcos High School identified by the District to the City. <br /> 2. The City agrees to furnish all materials and equipment <br /> necessary, and to perform all work necessary to pave the parking <br /> lot identified to it by the District for the sum of seven <br /> thousand eight hundred and forty-four dollars and thirty cents <br /> ($7,844.30). <br /> 3. Construction by the City shall begin upon execution of <br /> this Agreement by the undersigned officials. <br /> 4. Construction by the City shall be completed before <br /> August 28, 1989. <br /> 5. The District shall be responsible for painting all lines <br /> on the parking lot. <br /> 6. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the <br /> Interlocal Cooperation Act, Vernon's Annotated civil Statutes <br /> article 4413(32c); therefore, neither the City nor the District <br /> has in any way modified, altered, abrogated or waived any <br /> immunity or immunities available to it as a governmental entity <br /> under the laws of the State of Texas or the United States of <br /> America. <br /> 7. This document is the Final Agreement of the Parties. <br /> There are no representations or promises other than those set out <br /> herein. This Agreement may be modified only with the written <br /> approval of the City and the District. <br /> 8.
