Gary dated April 4, 1967, and recoLded 1n Volume 217, Page 5~6 of the Hays County Deqd Records, and being an angle point in the east line of Interstate Highway No. 35, THßNCE with the cummOn west line of the Dorn tract and the e~Qt line ot the highway, the following three courses: 1.
