M. Metzler et ux to narty E. Reasoner dated May 12, 1944, anð recordeð in Volume 130, Page 53 of the aays County Deed Record8; TKENC~ with the east line oC the hi9hway N 24° 30' 33" E 2052.99 feet to an 1/2" icon rod set for the west corner and PLACE Ot BtGINNING of this tract in a nJrtheast line of that 10.67 acre tract deScrlbe~ in a deed from Kitty Page Yarrington to the State or Texas dated February 7, 1935, an~ recorded in Volume 110, Page 219 of the Hays County Deed Records, pass at approximately 300 feet the welt cOrner of the Wohrman tract, pass at 967.91 feet an 1/2" iron cod set, pass at 1629.53 feet an 1/2" lron rod set in the curving southeast line of the 10.67 acre tract, and from this west corner a concrete highway monument fOund bears S 37° 12' 51" W 5.27 feet; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and the 10.67 acre tract with the common line of the highway and Wehrman tract (which is 1n conflict with the 10.67 acre tract) N 24° 30' 33" E 951.50 feet to 3/4" iron pipe found tOt the notth corner of this t~act and the Wehrman tract ønð southwest corner of the temainlng po,tion of that 328.824 acre acre tract described in a deed from Jim McCrocklin, Trustee to Bobbie Y.
