Reasoner dated May ll, 1944 anð tecorded in Volume 130, Page 53 of th~ H~ys County Deed Records, THENCE with the common line of the 339 acre tract and the Reasoner tract S 45ð 301 18" E 58.40 feet to an 1/2" iron rod 8e t for the west corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING.
