SUTTON £T ox TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS DATED NOVEMBER 3,1950 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 148, PAGE 138 OF THE BAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICOLARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS POLLOWS: COMMENCING at an iron pipe found in the southeast line of Interstate Bighway No. 35 and in the northeast line of the aforereferenced City of San Marcos tract, THENCE leaving Interstate Highway No. 35 with the northeast line of the City of San Marcos tract S 488 19' 508 B 260.62 feet to an iron rod set in a fence, for the north corner and PLACE or BEGINNING of this tractJ THENCE continuing with the northeast line of City of San Marcos tract, as fenced, S 488 15' 438 B 208.61 feet to an iron rod set for the east corner of this tract, THENCE entering the City of San Marcos tract S 418 48' 368 W. 193.69 feet to an iron rod found at plank fence corner for the south corner of this tract, THENCE with plank fence and the southwest line of this tract N 48° 13' 168 W 192.45 feet to an iron rod found at plank fence corner for the west corner of this tract and the east corner of that tract described as Lot 1 of The San Marcos Tract, a subdivision recorded in Volume 2, Page 315 of the Hays County Plat RecordsJ THENCE leaving Lot 1 of The San Marcos Tract N 37° 02' 178 E 194.21' feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
