One requested change, the extension of <br /> electric utility facilities, would require Council review since it <br /> involves an expenditure. <br /> With your approval, I will make the minor changes to the lease and <br /> advise the Youth Council that they will need to pay for the electric <br /> facilities. <br /> MBT:jv <br />
