Hankins <br /> Acting Director of Finance Wayne Moore <br /> City Planner Joe Garza <br /> Police Chief Myron Galchutt <br /> Director of Public Works George Boeker <br />Also Present: Mark Hendricks, Jerri Martin, Olga Garza, Gregg Echols, <br />Mr. and Mrs. Pat Norwood, Jack Lindstrom, Lunelle Anderson, Jake Kraus- <br />kopf, Robert McDonald, Shirley Wickersham, Cindy Medina, Jane Woods, <br />Joe Verdoorn, Mike Martin, Dan Nelson, David Morrison, Bill Thomas, <br />Lupe Picassio, Ken Kraus, Bill Coddington, Nina Pryatel, Amanda Ruiz, <br />Irma Guitan, Jim Byrn, Joe Dobie, Rodney Cobb, Terry Colley, LTerry <br />Klossner and others. <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting held January 23, 1984. Mr. Brown moved for <br />approval and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the follow- <br />ing vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Kreczmer. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Special Meeting held January 30, 1984. Mr. Brown moved for <br />approval of the minutes and Mr. Moore seconded the motion. On roll <br />call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Guerra, Kreczmer. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced the next item of business, an Executive Session <br />pursuant to Article 6252-17, §2(e) and §2(g), V.A.C.S., to discuss per- <br />sonnel, contemplated litigation and pending litigation and matters where <br />the duty of a public body's counsel to his client pursuant to the Code <br />of Professional Responsibility clearly conflicts with this Article; <br />(1) Kyle vs. City of San Marcos; (2) appointments to Commission for <br />Women; and ( 3) appointments to Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of <br />San Marcos, Texas (JASBA). Mayor Craddock moved the items scheduled <br />to be discussed in Executive Session regarding the appointments to the <br />Commission for Women and the appointments to the Reinvestment Zone <br />Number One, City of San Marcos, Texas (JASBA) be removed from Executive <br />Session. Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />
