B. Record-keeping and Reporting-- H-E-W shall assure all records are kept and ready for review according to the procedures recommended by the TDoC; prepare all reports as required by the TDoC for review by City officials and submit them to TDoC; prepare all necessary contract and/or budget amendments, findings, responses and other documents incidental to the project. C. Equal Employment opportunity/Fair Housing Requirements-- assist the City to document for the project file the City's EEO procedures including efforts at Equal Opportunity/Minority Hiring requirements stated in the TDoC contract; assist the City in meeting its Fair Housing Activity commitment. D. Labor Standards Monitoring-- H-E-W shall participate as may be necessary in the construction phase of the project. Said participation shall include but not be limited to assuring that the correct wage determination is included in the construction contract, monitoring payrolls for wage and labor law compliance by the construction contractor; participating in the pre- construction conference, interviewing workers on the job site to spot check compliance, and monitoring any other Equal Employment Opportunity and Labor Standards requirements. E. Program Close-out--H-E-W shall prepare the final grant closeout report at the end of the project term and submit this report to the City for the close-out inspection findings. G. Meetings and Miscellaneous Services -- H-E-W shall attend all workshops regarding ~ompliance and implementation; attend and represent the City at monitoring visits by the State; respond to any questions or monitoring findings; and, perform other activities incidental to the project as requested by the Mayor, City Councilor City Manager. H. Audit Findings--H-E-W will assist the City in responding to any audit findings during the term of this contract. -2-
