SECTION 6. Each presiding judge may appoint up to two clerks, and with the permission <br />of the City Clerk, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this election. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7. The precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116/314, 120/121,330, 332/334, <br />336, and 446/128 shall be polling places for the election. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9. The main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the <br />election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and the temporary branch early polling <br />places for early voting by personal appearance for the election are the School Administration <br />Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive and Hays County Election Administrator's Office, 401-C Broadway. <br />Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted during normal working days (excluding <br />holidays) in City Hall, the School Administration Building and the Hays County Election <br />Administrator's Office from April 28, 2004 through May 11, 2004, and the hours for early voting <br />shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, early voting by personal appearance shall be <br />conducted at City Hall and at the School Administration Building on Saturday, May 8, 2004 from <br />10:00 a.m. to 2:00 plm.
