PROPOSITION NO. 6 <br /> <br />FOR/AGAINST <br /> <br />The amendment of Section 6.08 of the City Charter to revise the time <br />for calling an election after certification of a recall petition to <br />conform to a change in state law. <br /> <br />PROPOSITION NO. 7 <br /> <br />FOR/AGAINST <br /> <br />The amendment of Section 7.01 of the City Charter to prescribe the <br />composition of the planning and zoning commission and the <br />qualifications of its members in the City Charter rather than by <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
