<br /> Night), plus not less than one hour of individual <br /> therapy per week. <br /> b. The aftercare program, with the 6/60 group, will last <br /> one year. <br /> c. Intensive outpatient services will be provided to allow <br /> participant employees to continue work without <br /> interruption, although referrals to a higher level of <br /> treatment will be made when professionally indicated. <br /> d. Participant employees who require less intensive <br /> treatment will be offered supportive substance abuse <br /> treatment when professionally indicated. <br /> 2. Riverwood will provide business card sized cards to the <br /> City for distribution to city employees, each said card <br /> containing telephone numbers for employees to call to obtain <br /> information or enroll in the Employee Assistance Program. <br /> 3. The parties agree that confidentiality is essential to <br /> the effective operation of this Employee Assistance Program, and <br /> further agree that Riverwood's Policy on Confidentiality shall <br /> apply, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. <br /> Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, it is <br /> specifically agreed that: <br /> a. Participant employees will be informed in advance as to <br /> what information will be released to the City and what <br /> information will not be released to the City. <br /> b. Participant employees will need to sign Riverwood's <br /> informed consent form. <br /> c.
