74 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, 'TEXAS, FEBRUARY 27, 1984 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Gerald G. Farr Fred Guerra Betty Jane Kissler John A. Kreczmer Jaime Moore City Manager A. C. Gonzalez City Secretary Janis K. Womack City Attorney Lamar W. Hankins Director of Public Services Dinah Elwell Acting Director of Finance Wayne Moore Director of Public Works George Boeker City Planner Joe Garza Fire Chief Oscar Carpenter Chief of Police Myron Galchutt Also Present: Mark Hendricks, Olga Garza, Gregg Echols, Jack Lind- strom, Bill Coddington, Tom McNair, Patrick Miller, Jane Woods, Richard Garza, Gene Snyder, David Young, Terry Colley, Dan Sanders, David Edwards, Gwen Smith, Ken Kraus, Dan Nelson, Bud Walker, Pat Norwood, Mike Martin, Shirley Wickersham, Don Day and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 13, 1984. Mr. Farr'moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held February 14, 1984. Ms. Kissler moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Kreczmer, Moore. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held February 15, 1984. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Kreczmer. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held February 16, 1984. Mr. Moore moved for approval of the minutes and I-1s. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded:
