The motion carried unanimously. 29.Consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -46, on the first of two readings, amending the Traffic Register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to prohibit parking any time on both sides of Hunter Road between McCarty Lane and Wonder World Drive; and includin procedural provisions. The motion carried unanimously. 30.Consider _approval of Ordinance 2013 -47, on the first of two readings, designating a No Parking Tow -Away Zone at all times on both sides of the 100 to 400 Blocks of Hughson Drive (from Old Ranch Road 12 to Craddock Avenue) and amending the Traffic Register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to reflect such designation, and including procedural provisions MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Scott and a second by Council Member Prather, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance 2013- 47, on the first of two readings, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. 31-Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -123R, awarding a Construction Contract to Capital Excavation Company for the North LBJ Reconstruction Proiect in the bid amount of $6,518,624.91 contingent upon the bidders timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the City's bid documents for the project; authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. The motion carried unanimously. 32.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -124R, approving an agreement between the City and Espey Consultants, Inc. d /b /a RPS for the provision of Professional Engineering Services in connection with the Comprehensive Watershed Master Plan in an amount not to exceed $399,860.00 contingent upon the Engineers provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
