Standby or resale service is not <br />permitted under this rate schedule. <br />TIME-OF-DAY METERING PERIODS <br />For the purposes of this rate schedule, the following <br />metering periods apply for the billing month: <br />Off-Peak Period - 7:01 PM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday <br /> All day Saturday and Sunday <br />On-Peak Period - All other hours <br />MONTHLY RATE <br />Customer Charge: <br /> Single or Three Phase Service.......$75.00 <br />Demand Charge: <br /> All kW of On-Peak Billing Demand.....$ 9.67 per kW <br /> All kW of Off-Peak Billing Demand....$ 3.96 per kW <br />Energy Charge: <br /> All kWh............................. $ 0.02849 per kWh <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment <br />Clause. The amount computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be <br />subject to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any <br />governmental authority which are assessed on the basis of revenues <br />from electric service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br /> -11- <br />
