<br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/1/89 REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - PCA <br />The City shall charge and collect for changes in purchased <br />power costs on the basis of the provision of this Rate Schedule - <br />PCA applicable to all kWh sales. <br />APPLICABILITY <br />This rate schedule is applicable to all sales of electric <br />energy by the City and is a part of each of the City's other <br />electric rate schedules. <br />MONTHLY FACTOR <br />The monthly bill for electric service computed in accordance <br />with the appropriate electric rate schedule shall be increased or <br />decreased by an amount equal to the product of all kWh used by the <br />Customer during the billing month and the Monthly Power Cost <br />Adjustment Factor "F" calculated as follows: <br />F=(Fm/Sm - $0.013449) xLm <br />Where: <br />F = Monthly Power Cost Adjustment Factor in dollars per kWh <br /> rounded to the nearest $0.00001; <br />Fm= Total applicable Monthly Power Costs in dollars; and <br />Sm= Total applicable Monthly Energy Sales in kWh. <br />Lm= Loss Multiplier <br /> = 1.0229 Primary voltage (Greater than 600 v but less than <br /> 69 kV) <br /> = 1.0882 Secondary voltage (600 v and below) <br /> -29- <br />
