<br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/1/89 REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - PCA <br />MONTHLY POWER COSTS <br />Total applicable Monthly Power Costs "FIn" shall be calcu- <br />lated for the current billing month as the sum of: <br />(a) Total wholesale power costs purchased from the Lower <br /> Colorado River Authority ( "LCRA") during the preceding <br /> wholesale power billing month reduced by the sum of; <br /> (1) Wholesale Schedule WP "Customer Charge" calculated <br /> at the rate of $479.00; and <br /> (2) Wholesale Schedule WP "Capacity Charge" calculated <br /> at the Summer Transmission (138 kV) rate of $10.243 <br /> per kW (June, July, August, and September), and the <br /> Off-Peak Transmission (138 kV) rate of $ 7 . 3 17 per <br /> kW (all other months); and <br /> (3) Wholesale Schedule WP "Delivery System Charge" <br /> calculated at the Transmission (138 kV) rate of <br /> $1.161 per kW; and. <br /> (4) Wholesale Schedule WP "Energy Charge" calculated at <br /> the Transmission (138 kV) rate of $0.003727 per <br /> kWh; and <br />(b) The total cost of electric power and energy during the <br /> preceding month purchased from any other power supply <br /> resource(s), including purchases from cogeneration <br /> facilities, small power production facilities, and any <br /> Qualifying Facilities as defined by the Public utility <br /> Regulatory Policies Act of 1978. <br /> -30- <br />
