Parties To Contract: This Contract is en te red <br /> into between the City of San Marcos ("City") and <br /> Hays County Womèn's Center , a provider of human <br /> services ("PHS"). The parties agree to be bound by the mutual <br /> obligations, performances, duties and accomplishments hereinafter <br /> provided. <br /> SECTION 2. Contract Period: This contract shall be in effect <br /> from October 1, 1989, through September 30, 1990. <br /> SECTION 3. Obliqations Of The City And PHS: City ag ree s to <br /> provide $ 16,000.00 to PHS in return for its faithful and satisfactory <br /> r)erformance of the activities proposed in its human services funding <br /> application which is attached hereto as Appendix A. <br /> SECTION 4. Reports: PHS ag rees to provide quarterly reports <br /> as required by the City relating to its performance under the terms of <br /> its human services funding application. The format and content of. <br /> these reports will be determined by the City's Human Services Advisory <br /> Board and the City. An annual audit conducted hy an independent <br /> 3uditor or by an ag ency finance committee shall be provided to the City <br /> on or before December 31, 1990. The audit shall follow qenerally <br /> accepted audi ting standards. <br />
