<br />Road and thè Southwest line of said Wilson tract, in a
<br />Northwesterly direction to the West corner thereof;

<br />trac t of land conveyed to the City of San Marcos by deed

<br />Thence, with the Southeast line of said 12.2 acre tract and its
<br />projection, in a Southwesterly direction to the present City
<br />Limits, as defined by City of San Marcos Oridnance No. 1983-27,
<br />on the South bank of the San Marcos River;
<br />Thence, with the present City Limits along the South and West
<br />bank of the San Marcos River, in a generally Northwest
<br />direction, to a Southeasterly corner of the present City Limits
<br />as defined by City of San Marcos Ordinance No. 1982-12;
<br />Thence, with said City Limi ts as defined by Ordinance No.
<br />1982-12 and the Northwest line and its projection of that tract
<br />of land conveyed to Frank F. Sharp by deed recorded in Volume
<br />406, Page 429, said Deed Records, in a Northeasterly direction
<br />to the Northwest corner of said Sharp tract;
<br />Thence, continuing with said City Limits as defined by Ordinance
<br />No. 1982-12, in a Northerly direction to an angle corner in the
<br />Northwest line of River Road, same being the South corner of the
<br />City Limits as defined by Ordinance No. 1951-25;
<br />Thence, with the Northwest line of River Road and the Southeast
<br />line of said City Limits defined by Ordinance No. 1951-25, in a
<br />Northeasterly direction to the East corner thereof;
<br />Thence, continuing with the Northwest line of River Road and the
<br />Southeast line of the present City Limits, in a Northeasterly
<br />direction to the Point of Beginning, and containing
<br />approximately 196 acres of land.
