Oliver, Terry Colley, Frank Rich, Dan Nelson, Jerry Hinnenkamp, <br />Andrew Gary, David Young, John Anderson, Stanley Ault and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Speciàl Meeting held April 9, 1984. Mr. Brown moved for approval <br />and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mayor Craddock asked if there <br />were any corrections to be made. Mr. Farr advised on Page 3 of the <br />minutes it should reflect that he abstained on the election of Mayor <br />Pro-Tem. The Council voted unanimous approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held April 9, 1984. Mr. Guerra moved for approval <br />and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Special Meeting held April 16, 1984. Mr. Farr moved for approval <br />and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration confirmation of the City <br />Manager's reappointment to the Personnel Appeals Board. Mr. Gonzalez <br />stated John Morrisset was willing to be reappointed. Mayor Craddock <br />moved for confirmation of the reappointment and Ms. Kissler seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of two appoint- <br />ments to complete vacancies on the Airport Commission. Mr. Coddington <br />moved to appoint Joe Searcey of Driftwood, Texas to complete the term <br />of Bill Taylor, which expires in January, 1986 and Charley Crosson to <br />complete the term of Bill Coddington, which expires in January, 1985. <br />Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an appointment <br />to the Zoning Commission to complete the vacancy of Joyce Glore, which <br />expires in October, 1984. Mayor Craddock moved to place the names of <br />Joe Cox and George VonDerLippe in nomination for the Council's considera- <br />tion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />COX: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> <br />VONDERLIPPE: Coddington. <br />* Mr. Moore was present at the meeting at 7:48 p.m. <br />
