<br />112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-110R <br /> <br />A RESO LUTIO:--'T OF THE CITY COUNCI L OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDER <br />CONTRACT, AUTHORIZING CHANGES TO SAID CONTRACT AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />COUNCI L OF <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />CITY OF <br /> <br />SAN <br /> <br />MARCOS, <br /> <br />PART 1. That a Human Services Provider Contract, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, is hereby <br />approved for use with all human service agencies which provide services <br />to the City of San Marcos as approved in the 1988-89 budget for said <br />City. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager and the City Attorney are hereby <br />given joint authority to make alterations in the terms of the said <br />Human Services Provider Contract to the extent that said contract must <br />be amended to satisfy statutory, administrative or program <br />requirements. <br /> <br />PART 3. The City Manager, Larry Gilley, is hereby authorized to <br />execute said Human Services Provider Contract with each human services <br />agency as specified in the 1988-89 budget of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 4.
