Ms. Kissler moved for approv- <br />al and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote <br />was recorded: <br /> AYE: Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Brown. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Emergency Meeting held August 16, 1984. Mr. Farr moved for approval <br />and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Special Meeting held August 20, 1984. Mayor Craddock moved for ap- <br />proval and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of one appointment <br />to the Housing Authority Board. Mr. Coddington moved to appoint Virgin- <br />ia VonderLippe and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br />mously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration a recommendation from the <br />Ethics Review Commission for removal of Pat Price from the Planning <br />Commission. Jim Nias, an attorney representing Pat Price, stated he <br />had been accused of violating Section 2-73e(1). Mr. Nias stated Mr. <br />Price should be allowed to represent himself before the Board of Adjust- <br />ments for a variance. Mr. Guerra moved Pat Price be removed from the <br />Planning Commission for misconduct and Mayor Craddock seconded the <br />* Mr. Moore was not present at this meeting. <br />
