<br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes
<br />of the Regular Meeting held December 18, 1985. Mr. Guerra moved for
<br />approval of the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. Mr. Codding-
<br />ton requested the minutes be corrected to reflect on the first page
<br />he moved to reappoint Gene Majors and appoint Lawrence Stange to the
<br />Reinvestment Zone Number One - JASBA. The Council voted unanimously
<br />for approval of the minutes.

<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration five appointments to the
<br />Parks and Recreation Board. Mr. Guerra moved to place the following
<br />names in nomination: John Angell for reappointment, David Williford
<br />for reappointment, Roland Villanueva for reappointment, George Grant
<br />for appointment, Joe Garcia for appointment and Sandy Shroeder for
<br />appointment. On roll call the following vote was recorded:

<br />CODDINGTON: Angell, Williford, Villanueva, Garcia, Shroeder.
<br />FARR: Angell, Williford, Villanueva, Grant, Garcia.
<br />CRADDOCK: Angell, Williford, Villanueva, Garcia, Shroeder.
<br />GUERRA: Angell, Williford, Villanueva, Grant, Garcia.
<br />NICOLA: Angell, Williford, Villanueva, Grant, Garcia.
<br />
<br />Messrs. Angell, Williford and Villanueva were reappointed and Messrs.
<br />Grant and Garcia were appointed to the Parks and Recreation Board.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration three appointments to the
<br />Senior Citizens Advisory Board. Mr. Farr moved to reappoint Joe Polanco
<br />and to appoint Glenn Norris and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion. Mr.
<br />Guerra moved to appoint Shirley Wickersham. On roll call the Council
<br />voted unanimously to reappoint Joe Polanco and to appoint Glenn Norris
<br />and Shirley Wickersham.
