<br /> 78 <br /> 0 <br /> RESOLUTIN 1986-23R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO <br /> ENTER INTO A LITTER ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM WITH <br /> THE STATE OF TEXAS; AND, DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, desires to reduce <br />littering along state highway rights of way: now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed <br />agreement between City of San Marcos and the State of Texas, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br />purposes, the purpose of said agreement being to reduce littering <br />along state highway rights of way, are hereby approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager is authorized to sign the <br />agreement on behalf of the City and execute it. <br />PART 3.
