O'KANE SJRVEY AND APPROXIMATELY 14.22 ACRES OUT OF THE J .M. VERAMENDI SURVEY NO. ONE, AND ALffi BEING OUT OF THE CENTRAL IDRTION OF A TRACT OF 195.677 ACRES DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 272, PAGE 409 OF THE DEED OF TRUST RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID LAND BEING lOCATED WITHIN THE EXTRATERRI1ORIAL JURISDICTION OF SAID CI'IY AND LYING ADJ AC ENT 10 PRESENT CI'IY BJUNDARIES; APPROVING A SERVICE PLAN FOR SAID TRACT; EXTENDING 'IRE BJUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CI'IY SO AS 10 INCLUDE SAID TRACT; GRANTING 10 THE INHABITANTS OF SAID TRACT ALL THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS OF SAID CI'IY; BINDING SAID INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SAID CI'IY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 1tVHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, provided an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard at two (2) public hearings, held on February24,1986, and February25,1986 , to consider the proposed annexation by the Ci ty of San f'.1arcos, Texas, of a 62.235 acre tract of land, and being approximately 48.015 acres out of the B. 0 'Kane Survey and approximately 14.22 acres out of the J.M. Veramendi Survey No. One, and also being out of the central portion of a tract of 195.677 acres described in Volume 272, Page 409 of the Deed of Trust Records of Hays County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING: At an iron pin found in the Southwesterly line of above referenced tract, for the W3st corner of this tract, said point being 507.16 feet Southeasterly along the Southwest line of the above referenced tract from the ~\èst corner of the above referenced tract; THENCE: N 43 ° 35' 56" E 1734.13 feet, along a staked line by others, to an iron pin found in the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of F.M. Highway No. 621, for the North corner of this tract; THENCE: In a Southeasterly direction along said Southwesterly Right-of-Way line and a curve to the right, having a central angle of 07 ° 47' 16", a radius of 1106.30 feet, a tangent of 75.30 feet, an arc length of 150.37 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 24 ° 18' 39"E 150.26 feet to a broken and bent over highway monument in same at the end of said curve, for an angle point of this tract; THENCE: COntinuing along the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of F. ]\1. Highway No. 621, S20° 13' 00" E 85.0 feet to a broken and bent over concrete highway monument in same, for an angle point of this tract; THENCE: Continuing along the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of F .þ.-1. Highway No. 621, and a curve to the left, having a central angle of 25° 55' 57", a radius of 736.30 feet, a tangent of 174.14 feet, an arc length of 342.31 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 33°10' 58" E 339.39 feet to a broken and bent over concrete highway monument found in same , for an angle point of this tract; THENCE: Along the Southli'lesterly Right-of-vJay line of F.M. Highway No. 621, S 46°08' 00" E 1169.05 feet to an iron pin set at its intersection with the approximate centerline of an underground pipeline, for the East corner of this tract;
