Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held May 19, 1986 at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Coddington moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Me~:t::.ing held May 19, 1986 at 5:21 p.m. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular MeetingJ1eid-May 19, 1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Ms~-Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held May 29, 1986. Ms. Kissler moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Guerra secomed the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Coddington, Younger, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Farr. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held June 3, 1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: * Mr. Brown was present at 7:38 p.m.
