<br />77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1986-l49R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT WITH SARAH E. BAILEY FOR <br />THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND GRANT TO THE CITY, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID <br />CONTRACT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND <br />INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT TO THE PURPOSES THEREOF, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />RESOLVED <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed contract <br />between said City for the provision of professional services to said <br />City in connection with the Texas Department of Community Affairs <br />Economic Development Fund Grant to the City, a copy of said contract <br />being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, are <br />hereby in all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />said contract on behalf of said City and any and all other documents <br />and instruments incident to the purposes thereof. <br /> <br />PART 3.
