<br /> 48 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-26R <br /> A RES)LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI L OF '!HE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> A PROroSED CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERII\G SERVICES BETWEEN <br /> SAID CITY AND BLACK & VEATCH, ENGINEERS-ARCHITECTS OF <br /> DALLAS TEXAS, IN CONNECTION WIlli '!HE PERFORMANCE OF Ã <br /> WASTEWATER SYSTEM ANALYSI S; AU1HORI ZING THE MAYOR OF SAID <br /> CITY 10 EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT AND ANY AND ALL O'!H ER <br /> DOCUMENTS AND INS'IRUMENTS INCIDENT THERE1O¡ AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Counc il of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a contract with Black & Veatch, <br /> Engineers-Architects of Dallas, Texas, for the provision of <br /> engineering services in connection with the performance of a wastewater <br /> system analysis; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT REs)LVED BY THE CI'IY COU~JCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed contract <br /> between said City and Black & Veatch, Engineers-Architects of Dallas, <br /> Texas, for the provision of eng ineering services to said City in <br /> connection with the performance of a wastewater system analysis, a copy <br /> of said proposed contract being attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> for all purposes, are hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 2. That the r1ayor, Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized to execute said contract and any and all docurænts and <br /> instruments incident thereto. <br /> PART 3.
