Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held September 15, 1986. Mr. Parr moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held September 22,1986. Mr. Brown moved for approv- al of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Heeting held September 24, 1986. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Hr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held September 29, 1986. Ms. Kissler moved for ap- proval of the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held October 2, 1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. * Mr. Coddington was not present at this meeting.
