11 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUGUST 12, 1985 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Bill Coddington Gerald G. Farr Fred Guerra Betty Jane Kissler William C. Nicola City Manager A. C. Gonzalez City Secretary Janis K. Womack City Attorney Lamar W. Hankins Assistant City Manager Robert T. Herrera Director of Library Stephanie Langenkamp Director of Env. and Engineering Steve Jenkins Director of Planning Frank Robbins Director of Public Works George Boeker Also Present: Shirley Wickersham, Michael Leonard, Betty Stansbury, Gus Cardenas, Harry Bishop, Vince VandeWalle, Terry Colley, Ken Claybourn, Kent Butler, Bud Walker, Melissa Millecam, James Garber, and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held July 22, 1985. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held July 29, 1985. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held August I, 1985. Mr. Guerra moved for ap- proval of the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Coddington, Guerra. Mayor Craddock introduced the receiving and opening of the Depository Applications and direction to Staff to review and make recommendations to the Council at the August 26, 1985 Meeting. Mayor Craddock opened applications from The First National Bank of San Marcos, who did not submit a Depository Application, and Hays County National Bank, who did submit a Depository Application. The Council directed Staff to review the APplication and make recommendation at the August 26, 1985 Meeting.
