Herrera <br /> Director of Planning Frank Robbins <br /> Director of Env. and Engineering Steve Jenkins <br />Also Present: Linda King, Mark Hendricks, Melissa Millecam, Frances <br />Emery, George VonderLippe, Lisa Dvorak, Nick Caruso, Gregg Echols, Betty <br />Stansbury, Harry Bishop, Lupe Picassio, Dan Gibson, Russell Scott, Henry <br />Krause, Travis Phillips, Ivar Gunnarson and others. <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held September 9, 1985. Mr. Guerra moved to approve <br />the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Special Meeting held September 10, 1985. Mr. Brown moved for approv- <br />al and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Emergency Meeting held September 18, 1985. Ms. Kissler moved for ap- <br />proval of the minutes and Mr. Nicola seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of appointments <br />to the Urban Renewal Commission. No nominations were made, as the Sun- <br />set Advisory Commission recommended the Council dissolve the Commission. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of three appoint- <br />ments to the Senior Citizens Advisory Board. Mr. Coddington moved to <br />table the appointments, as he wanted the Council to have more input <br />in the membership of the Board. The motion failed for lack of a second. <br />Mr. Guerra moved to appoint Joe Polanco, Tony Morin and Bill Sperber <br />to complete vacancies on the Board. On roll call the following vote <br />was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> NAY: Coddington. <br /> ABSTAIN: Nicola. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration action on the recommenda- <br />tions of the Sunset Advisory Commission. Mr. Guerra moved the Bicycle <br />Committee, the Urban Renewal Commission and the Tax Exemption Commission <br />for Historical Sites be dissolved at the recommendation of the Sunset <br />
