RESOLUTION 2014 -117R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND HDR ENGINEERING, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF <br />PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE PAT GARRISON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN A TOTAL NOT <br />TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $64,981.75; CONTINGENT UPON THE <br />CONSULTANT'S PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and HDR Engineering, Inc. for the <br />provision of professional engineering services in connection with the Pat Garrison Improvements <br />Project (the "Project ") in a total not to exceed amount of $64,981.75 is approved contingent upon <br />the Consultant's provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
