RESOLUTION 2014 - 122R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, REAPPOINTING CHARLES P. ANDERSON, M.D. AS <br />THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY; APPROVING THE <br />APPOINTMENT LETTER ENGAGING DR. ANDERSON IN THIS <br />CAPACITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. Charles P. Anderson, M.D. is reappointed as the Local Health Authority of the <br />City of San Marcos pursuant to Chapter 121 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. <br />PART 2. The attached letter of appointment between the City and Dr. Charles P. <br />Anderson for services as the Local Health Authority is approved. <br />PART 4.
