Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Narvaiz introduced the Citizen Comment Period. No one signed up to speak. Mayor Narvaiz introduced the Staff Report. 1) Mr. O'Leary stated LCRA is nominating San Marcos for an Economic Development Statewide Award. 2) Mr. I O'Leary stated the rocks which the City purchased for the Rio Vista Dam Project created ecological damage in Johnson City. He stated TCEQ has informed him that the owner was required to get a permit, which the owner failed to do, but this is a minor violation.
