F. <br />Davidson, Ken Long, Wayne Moore, Stanley Sissom, Donna Phillips, WIC <br />Staff, Dinah Elwell, Chris Bishop, Jeff Watkins, Jerri Martin, Robert <br />Haney, Mrs. Stanley Sissom, Shirley Wickersham, Ted Breihan, Ms. <br />Ronee Bianco, Paul Heiser and others. <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting held August 24, 1981. Mrs. Norris moved to <br />approve the minutes and Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Emergency Meeting held August 25, 1981. Mrs. Norris moved to <br />approve the minutes and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion. On roll <br />call the following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Brown, James, Craddock, Kreczmer, Mendez and Norris. <br />NAY: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Cavazos. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Special Meeting held August 31, 1981. Mr. James moved to ap- <br />prove the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Special Meeting held September 8, 1981. Mrs. Norris moved to <br />approve the minutes and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion. On roll call <br />the following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Brown, Cavazos, James, Craddock, Mendez and Norris. <br />NAY: None. <br />I <br />L <br />ABSTAIN: Kreczmer. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the appointment of the <br />Municipal Court Judge for 1981-1982 fiscal year. Mrs. Norris moved <br />that Marcos Hernandez be reappointed as Municipal Court Judge and <br />Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the appointment of the <br />Associate Municipal Court Judge for 1981-1982 fiscal year. Mr. James <br />moved that Ron Champion be reappointed Associate Municipal Court <br />Judge and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Norris then moved that Mr. Hernandez'ssalary for the 1981-1982 <br />fiscal year be increased eight percent and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously.
