Taylor <br />Director of Public Works George Boeker <br />Director of Finance Bill White <br />Director of WIC Eddie Ortega <br />Director of Library Stephanie Langenkamp <br />Police Chief Larry Kendrick <br />Fire Chief Dan O'Leary <br />Director of Airport Jack Doughty <br />Director of Parks & Recreation Rodney Cobb <br /> <br />Also Present: Scott Maiers, Bob Ronson, Collette Duran, Colette Davis, Kim Doherty, <br />Kim Porterfield, John Holterman, Bill Haney, Phil Neighbors, Richard Medina, Judy <br />Rennick and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced the ten-minute citizen comment period with the City Council. <br />There were no speakers. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the Main <br />Street Advisory Board. Mayor Morris made a motion to appoint Bill Plummer for the <br />At-Large position and Joe Cox as the Mayor's designee, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the <br />Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Mayor Morris made a motion to <br />appoint Betty Robinson for the Citizen-at-Large position, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance on emergency, the <br />caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE 1993-1994 <br />FISCAL YEAR TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF THE <br />RECORDS ASSISTANT POSITION IN THE CITY SECRETARY'S OFFICE; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Mr. Guerra moved for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mr. Moore <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on emergency, the <br />caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />* Mr. Mooney not present at this meeting. <br />
