RESOLUTION NO. 2018-128R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A COMMERCIAL LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT WITH TWO FOLD, LLC FOR THE LEASE OF SPACE <br /> FOR THE WIC PROGRAM SATELLITE OFFICE AT 641 NORTH <br /> WALNUT AVENUE, NEW BRAUNFELS, TEXAS FOR A TERM OF 11 <br /> MONTHS AT A RENTAL RATE OF $1,550.00 PER MONTH; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID <br /> COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Commercial Lease Agreement with Two Fold, L.L.C. (the <br /> "Lease Agreement")is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the Lease Agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
