RESOLUTION NO.2026-109R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH <br /> COMMSERVPROS, LLC, THROUGH THE TEXAS INTERLOCAL <br /> PURCHASING SYSTEM, FOR FIBER INSTALLATION FROM <br /> REDWOOD ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION TO THE WASTEWATER <br /> TREATMENT PLANT AND FOR THE CITY HALL COMPLEX FIBER <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $235,804.15; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO <br /> EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A contract with CommServPros, LLC, (Contract No. 2026-063) through the <br /> Texas Interlocal Purchasing System Cooperative (TIPS) (Contract No. 260105) for the fiber <br /> installation from Redwood Substation to the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the City Hall Fiber <br /> Replacement Project in the amount of$235,804.15 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract on <br /> behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
