Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.074- Personnel Matters, the San Marcos <br />City Council convened into Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 in order <br />to discuss matters pertaining to: <br />A.
