Charles Gielow, St. John's Church, Chaplain to Uni- versity~tudents, gave the Invocation. The Minutes of November 24, 1969, were approved'as presented, on motion of Mr.Zavesky and second of Dr. Craddock. I The Mayor read aloud an, ordinanc~ ann~xing 40.5 acres owned by Thermon Industrial Development Corp. Dr. Craddock moved adoption of the annexation ordinance on first reading. Mr. Oannelley seconded, the ffi9tion a,nd on roll calL the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Contreras, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, Smith. Zavesky NAY: None The Mayor declared the Ordinance passed on first reading.
