<br />Alderman Stokes introdUCed a Resolution approving the signing.of a contract
<br />with the State Highway Department .for the lighting of IR 35 within. the City
<br />Limits ,of San Marcos. The Resolution was read in full. Alderman Stokes
<br />moved adoption of the Resolution. Alderman 'Rub seCOnded the motion. on

<br />ReServe Training Center formally turn",d ov",r to the City of San Marcos on
<br />Dec. 8, 1962. Mr. Rui~ also recemmend",d that letters of appreciation be sent
<br />to Dr. Wm. fl. Crook, I/Iemb",r of the dpdication cOllllllittN', and host at a
<br />luncheon at.11iilih4lae for visiting dignitari",s and local officials who partici-
<br />pated in the cereIllonies. He also, suggested that a letter of commendation be
