JOse Flores gave the Invocation, in Spanish. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the previous meetings were .approvedasJ'ead. <br /> <br />Alderman Stokes introdUCed a Resolution approving the signing.of a contract <br />with the State Highway Department .for the lighting of IR 35 within. the City <br />Limits ,of San Marcos. The Resolution was read in full. Alderman Stokes <br />moved adoption of the Resolution. Mr. Rui~ also recemmend",d that letters of appreciation be sent <br />to Dr. Wm. fl.
