L. Moore, M.D. <br /> WIn. C. Pool <br /> Ruben Ruiz <br /> H. Garland Stokes <br /> City Manager B.R. Fuller <br /> City Secretary Dorothy O. Worrell <br />Absent: Lee Swi ft <br /> Aldepman <br /> <br />A public necessity existing, a majority of the Council met in <br />special session at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 6, 1963 for the purpose <br />stated in the attached "Consent to Meeting", signed by members <br />present. Due to the emergency nature of the matter to be considered, <br />the usual 24-hour notice was waived by common consent. <br /> <br />Alderman Ruiz moved the adoption of a Resolution requesting the State <br />Highway Department to leave Exit Ramps at Station 945 I 50 and at <br />Station 988 I 00 as they presently exist.
