Lloyd Read, Mrs. Maude Whisenant, <br />Mrs. Laura Ramsay, Mrs. Hazel Duncan, Mrs. <br />Buford Wi Iliams, Sandra Smith, Bruce Smith, <br />Mrs. Jerri Veidt, Mrs. Mary Etheredge, <br />Danny Marburger, Garland Stokes and others <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes of the October 1 I, October IS, October 27 and <br />November 3, 1965 meetings were unanimously approved, on motion <br />of Alderman Pool, and second of Alderman Damon. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced an Ordinance "Amending Certain Sections <br />of MAn Ordinance Appointing... City Officials...". Mr. Serur <br />exp la i ned that t he res i gnat i on of Bruce McE I ray made it nec- <br />essa~y to appoint a new Treasurer for the City of San Marcos. <br />AJderman Damon moved the adoption of the Ordinance, naming <br />Mrs. Nancy Kreczmer as Treasurer. Alderman Froh seconded the <br />mot i on. The Ord i nance, read in fu II, is attached herew i th as <br />a part of the Minutes. On 1'01 I call, the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Damon, Froh, Pool, Whittenberg <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved a~ Adopted. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor stated that with the changes in personne I, it wou I d <br />be necessary to re-desigBBte persons authorized to sign payrol I <br />and City VOUchers. Alderman Damon moved that any two of the <br />fol lowing persons be authorized to sign vouchers with the Mayor <br />or the Mayor-Pro Tem: Mrs. Worrel I, Mrs. Kreczmer, Mrs. Ruth <br />Rosales or Mrs. Nel I Moran; and that Mrs. Worrel I or Mrs. Kreczmer <br />and the Mayor or Mayor Pro-Tem be authorized to sign general and <br />uti Jity voucher~. Alde~man Pool seconded the motion and on 1'01 I <br />cal I, the fol lowing vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Damon, Froh, Pool, Whittenberg <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Serur introduced two Resolutions authorizing the Mayor to <br />execute, on behalf of the City, an agreement for Public Works <br />Plan Preparation, Project No. P-Tex-3274 and Project No. P- <br />Tex-3275.
