Sam Junkin, Past6r of First Prejbyterian Church. I The Minutes of the meet i ng of October 23, 1967 were approved as presented, on m6tion of Mr. Damon, and second of Dr. Craddock. The Mayor introduced an ordinance, which was read in full. Caption of the ordinance, attached ~erewlthas a part of the Minutes reads: AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. TEXAS, AUTHORIZING 'AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING; AND DECLARING AN EMEREGENCY Dr. Craddock moved adoption of the Ordinance. Mr. Flores seconded the motion and on rol I' ball, the fol lowing vote Was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Damon, Flores, Po~I, S~rur NAY: None The Mayor declared the Ordinanbe Passed, Appr6ved and Adopted. I The Mayor introduced an ordinance annexing Lots 507, 508, 509 & 510 of Blk. 34, Westover Addition; It was read in full. Counci Iman Damon moved adoption of the ordinance on first readirig. D~.
